At NUR Salud Comunitaria, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare and promoting health equity in Puerto Rico. Our mission is to close gaps in care, especially for underserved communities, by providing in-home care, mobile health services, preventive screenings, community education, and patient advocacy.

We believe that health is a right, not a privilege. Regardless of socioeconomic status, geographic barriers, or preexisting conditions, every person deserves access to quality healthcare. Through our community-centered approach, we work tirelessly to empower individuals, reduce health disparities, and build a more resilient and healthier Puerto Rico.
