NUR Joins COREFI's Annual Gala in Vieques to Support Local Initiatives

NUR Salud Comunitaria had the honor of attending the COREFI Gala in Vieques, standing in solidarity with local organizations and the community we are committed to serving. As we work to expand our health equity initiatives in Vieques, this event was an opportunity to connect with other nonprofit organizations, support ongoing projects, and reaffirm our commitment to strengthening local resources.

The gala brought together leaders, activists, and changemakers who work tirelessly to address the unique challenges faced by Vieques—from healthcare access to disaster resilience. By showing up and engaging with the community, we continue building meaningful relationships that will shape the future of our projects in Vieques.

We believe real change happens when organizations come together, share knowledge, and support one another. We are grateful to COREFI for organizing such an inspiring event and look forward to continued collaboration with local partners to advance health justice and community well-being in Vieques.
